“Nick is an extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable nutritionist. He has years of experience that I believe helped him become the person that he is. I asked Nick for help in losing weight, building muscle, and what vitamins I should take. I also ask him so many questions about health and wellness in general and he explains things so easily to where you can understand it first time around. He’s always willing to answer any questions I may have. He’s extremely intelligent and he is always constantly reading to strengthen his knowledge which I believe makes him even more valuable to have as a nutritionist. The meal plans he provided are very detailed and aesthetically pleasing. He provides details on how to make each meal, what to buy, and even has recipes for condiments to make yourself. I don’t think many people would put in the same amount of effort he does in each meal plan he makes. He truly caters to your needs and what YOU want. He listens and provides great insight to help you reach your goals, without making you feel bad or like you need to completely give up everything in order to get where you want to be. He has lots of tips and tricks for still being able to eat fast food or have a sweet treat from time to time! I highly recommend him if you’re seeking to learn more about nutrition.
